Before you rent, you can view the piece’s latest laundry and quality-check report, including the checks it has passed. So you know exactly how it has been cared for before it reaches you.

Every returned piece goes through professional cleaning and inspection before it is made available to rent again.

You don’t need to wash or dry-clean a piece before returning it. We take care of that after every rental, using the care appropriate for each garment. If something happens, let us know. A spill, stain or snag can happen. Let us know rather than trying to treat or repair it yourself, so it can be handled the right way.
